We source out a diverse set of Real Estate investments across the country. This includes; forgotten, abandoned and neglected properties that we bring back to life as some of the finest real estate in the community. All while providing consistent positive returns to our investors.

 
 

Construction

  • We employ multiple in-house construction crews executing the majority of phases of construction. This allows us to drastically cut overhead and reduce costs. We accept private contracts in addition to our own deals.

Asset Management

  • We directly invest our capital as well as outside investors capital into our various Real Estate deals.

Property Management

  • We also have an in-house property management team for the same reason as we have an in-house construction company. To cut overhead and reduce costs associated with contrating it out. In addition to managing our own properties we will manage properties for other owners as well.
